Wood Shop Benefits
Wood shop and hands-on education are not new. Rousseau, the philosopher, writer and composer, said:
Put a young man in a workshop, his hands will work to the benefit of his brain and he will become a philosopher while thinking himself only a craftsman.
Hallen School Race
All students are guided through the wood shop and each student creates a balsa wood race car for the yearly Hallen School Race.
