Free & Reduced Lunch Program

The NYC Department of Education (DOE) requires all families to reapply annually for the Free & Reduced Lunch Program.

How to Apply:

Submit your application online by clicking the button below.

2. If you don’t have computer access, download the DOE app for Android or iOS devices.

Automatic Eligibility:
Students in families receiving SNAP (Food Stamps) automatically qualify for free lunch. Please provide a copy of your eligibility letter to the main office for processing.

School Code:
When applying, use the Hallen School code: 58NF02 (listed under New York City schools).
